About This Self-Analysis
What is this profile?
This assessment measures relationship compatibility across five evidence-informed dimensions drawn from relationship psychology and communication research. Rather than delivering a single compatibility score, it reflects where you and your partner are naturally in sync and where meaningful differences may be creating friction.
Why does it matter?
Studies in relationship science consistently show that couples who understand their compatibility profile — rather than assuming similarity or hoping differences will resolve themselves — build more resilient, fulfilling partnerships. Awareness of both strengths and gaps is the first step toward intentional, lasting connection.
How scoring works
Fifteen questions are scored on a 1-5 Likert scale, with 3 questions mapping to each of the five compatibility dimensions: Communication Harmony, Core Values Alignment, Emotional Connection, Lifestyle Compatibility, and Shared Future Vision. Your total score across all dimensions is then mapped to an overall compatibility profile. Each profile describes the tendencies and patterns most common at that level, along with a practical growth roadmap.
Interpretation guide
Pay close attention to your scores within each individual dimension, not just the total. A high total score with one low-scoring dimension signals a specific area to address. A more uniform score indicates a broadly matched couple who may still benefit from intentional deepening in specific areas.
